Harry, the Monster Who Thought He could Fly

Please meet Harry, the optimistic monster who thought he could fly.
Everybody kept on telling him he would NEVER fly.
But, Harry believed in himself.
He tried every way he could think of.
The catapult... no good.
The giant sling-shot... not practical.
The Weight Watchers™ diet... no fun.
Then one day, he met Graveyard Boogie, a monster who would twirl him up in the air.
And you know what? That did the trick.
Now everyone calls him Harry the flying monster.
Can you hear him now?
He's yelling, "Catch me!!!"

Gleaming avenger of the lower depths!

Sproutnik

Sproutniks are large reptiles that live on the dark side of the moon.
They feed mostly on vertebrates like the hungry vermin, and sometimes on invertebrates like Stumphead.
After feeding, tiny Bluefaces will go inside their mouths to clean their teeth. The Sproutnik allows the Blueface in, and the Blueface gets a nice meal in return. This type of relationship in the monster kingdom is called "mutualism", where all involved parties benefit... except the hungry vermin and Stumphead, of course.

Procyon the galactic mercenary

I am Procyon the galactic mercenary.
I travel the milky way in my deadly flying saucer, going from gig to gig.
Need a solar system wiped out or a cosmic rebellion squelched?
I'm your evil alien.
So can you tell me which way is... "Earth" ?

Percy of the Bat People

I thought tomorrow would come swiftly, but I woke up in a sweat in the murky darkness.
The clock's chimes were still ringing from the call of midnight as I detected a disturbing stench about the room.
I peered out from under the covers, terrified of what I might discover...
And then I heard a slow, gurgling sound which curdled my blood.
And finally I saw it!
The dreaded beast was standing tall at my bedpost, the Zig-Zag Bird of Altamonte, staring in my direction!
