Sourpuss never stops to complain about the weather.
If it isn't one thing, it's another.
Either it's too cold outside....
Or the weather is too nice.
Or again, it is nice now, but it will probably rain later.
That's because according to Sourpuss...
Things always get worse, sooner or later.
